The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. **However, be aware:** The breakfast is **not free for children over 3 years old**, and this isn’t clearly stated during booking—it’s only mentioned in the hotel’s fine print. We had a big surprise when we were charged **2,250 yen per day** for our young son, who barely eats! What disappointed us most was the hotel’s **complete inflexibility**. In many countries, a small child—especially one who eats so little—might be accommodated as a courtesy, but here, they **strictly enforced the rule**, even when we tried resolving it with Trip's customer service. No exceptions, no empathy—just an extra bill we didn’t expect. If you’re traveling with small kids, factor this extra cost into your budget or consider alternative breakfast options.
